Kristopher M. Kusnerik

I'm Kris Kusnerik, a Visiting Assistant Professor at Hamilton College. I'm a mixture of paleontologist and conservation biologist, using the fossil record of changes in Earth's past to better understand and preserve the biodiversity of today, increasingly threatened by human impacts and climate change. With this knowledge, we can hope to conserve and restore threatened ecosystems through better, more informed conservation policy and management based on a more complete, deep-time scientific perspective.
